CWC work is insured for $1,000,000.

Quotes are no obligation. We do not charge for: initial appointments, site visits, phone/email consultations, initial quotes, design drawings, etc.. even if you choose not to move forward with the project.

Best price promise means we will give you our best price from the start. We have done the research and abide by industry standards for pricing. We will not lower our price for below quality work. We charge based on the work we provide.

CWC provides a 1 year warranty on all work.

There is no emergency call-out fee. All we ask is that you give us notice as soon as possible so we can adjust our schedules accordingly.

We supply all materials unless otherwise specified as “owner supplied.” examples of owner supplied materials are – appliances, light fixtures, accessories, drawer/door nobs/pulls – but we can supply these if requested.

We require an initial deposit upon signature of contract and then payments are made on a progress basis which is outlined in the business conditions of our contracts. For example, $1,000 due upon completion of demo, $1,000 due upon completion of floor framing, $1,000 due upon completion of wall framing, etc. We always leave a small portion of the total amount of the contract for punch list items (items that the customer would like addressed relating to the remodeling project once all phases have been completed, i.e., paint touch up, drawer adjustments, “finishing touches”)
